Clientexec, WHMCS, todas van encaminadas a lo mismo. En mi opinión no hay mejor opción que desarrollo propio, ajustado a lo que uno necesita.

Si estás a nivel medio alto, con buenas espectativas, te podría recomendar como un sistemas automatizado de autoservicio de recursos y facturación hspcomplete.
Nada que ver con los mencionados. Factible según el proyecto. Saludos.

Para mi el mejor es WHMCS, luego le sigue Clientexec. Hay muchos que te puedan gustar pero para recomendar lo hago con esos dos.
